I am a qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist, hold a master’s degree in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, trained to work with children, adolescents and adults.

I am registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), I ensure my practice adheres to high professional and ethical standards.

I work online and face-to-face in Braintree Essex

(Online therapy offered only to 16+)

My practice as a counsellor and psychotherapist is a non-judgemental and confidential approach, creating a safe, supportive, and comfortable space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and valued throughout their therapeutic journey.

Through active listening, tailored therapeutic techniques, and a deep understanding of individual needs, I guide clients in their journey of personal exploration and self-discovery, exploring their conscious and unconscious mind. This process fosters healing from past wounds and trauma, builds confidence, strengthens resilience, encourages self-acceptance and supports clients in navigating life’s challenges in a healthy and constructive way, promoting mental and emotional wellbeing, personal growth and healthy development.
